5700x Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities in Full

5700x (referred to in this document as "we", "us", or "the platform") is an online sports betting service provider. By using the 5700x website or mobile app, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions in full.

5700x reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via your registered email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Although these Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali, the original English version shall be considered authoritative in the event of any dispute. 5700x is not liable for service disruptions caused by internet unavailability or technical issues.

The following requirements must be met to open an account with 5700x:

• Each individual may only One Account can create.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email address during registration.
• Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure.
• 5700x employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to open betting accounts.

After registration, 5700x will send a verification code. If the code is not submitted within 24 hours, the account will be deactivated. Re-registration is permitted, but the same phone number or email address may not be reused.

5700x accepts payments via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposit and withdrawal terms are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Maximum Daily Deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500

5700x does not charge any payment fees. However, if your bank or mobile wallet provider applies service charges, those are your own responsibility. In the event of a failed deposit, funds will be returned within 24 hours.

Accounts inactive for more than 5 days may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳20. Accounts with no activity for over 3 months will be automatically locked.

Please review the following rules before placing any bets on 5700x:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless the match is abandoned or postponed.
• A maximum bet limit is set for each market — this may vary depending on the time and match.
• Bets placed during live odds changes may be delayed or cancelled.
• 5700x reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes will be fully refunded.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions at 5700x:

• Welcome Bonus: Get a 150% bonus on your first deposit (up to ৳7,500). A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to qualify.
• Wagering Requirements: Of the bonus amount 10x Withdrawals can be made after wagering is complete.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses not used within 30 days of receipt will be automatically forfeited.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets are withdrawable, but the free bet stake itself is not.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account will be suspended and the bonus forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 5700x and will result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses using the names of different family members.
• Use of hacking tools, malware, or automated betting software on the platform.
• Payments involving money laundering or illicit funds.
• Attempting to steal another user's account credentials.

5700x may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Upon the user's own request for closure.
• Court orders or government directives.

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days.
